 Aida Porting is a solution that automates the porting of fixed line and mobile telephone numbers between teleoperators. The solution is designed to handle most porting processes and is today used by more than ten teleoperators. The solutions covers porting of both fixed line and mobile telephone numbers and can be supplied as a managed service or installed on the customer’s own servers. Aida Porting covers all the customer’s obligations to the National Reference Database and automatically answers porting messages by the relevant deadlines.
The solution can be supplied in direct integration with the customer's CRM system or as a freestanding solution with a web interface. The solution can be expanded with modules for reporting to the Norwegian Post and Telecommunications Authority, caller ID and exchanging information with Findexa.
