 Tosca is a cost-effective and user friendly Least Cost Routing solution for telecom providers that simplifies
the process of handling and comparing price lists from vendors of
international voice traffic. Tosca produces LCR-calculations based on price lists from these vendors, along with a number of other related materials.
The tool is designed to work directly with Excel files as input and produces also Excel files as output for further processing. Tosca is set ut to handle most vendors price list formats, and more are continiously added.
Examples on output from Tosca:
- Least Cost Routing scheme, with dial codes as specified in vendor price lists
- Agregated lists of dial codes and prices based on destination templates.
- Price lists which incorporates added margin
- Traffic and margin analysis based on actual traffic data
Tosca is developed by Mazeppa together with several Norwegian telecom operators and is offered both as a web based service hosted by Mazeppa (SaaS). In special cases, Tosca may also be installed on customer hardware to provide further integration, for instance to work directly together with the switch.
